   I've been busy writing, but, not here on Xanga: where have I been writing? I've been writing on WordPress (http://ctaretz.wordpress.com), branding/promoting myself and my new businesses;  I've been doing the same on my new FB page (http://www.facebook.com/acntoday), and I've been doing the same on other social networks as well--twitter, linkedin, and Google+ (twitter--ctaretz, linkedin--www.linkedin.com/pub/carsten-aretz/21/541/88b, Google+--https://plus.google.com/u/0/107561349369819269746/posts). So, essentially I've been working hard to take advantage of the wide open internet's social network's and/or media revolution--learning, writing, traffic, learning, tweeting, more traffic, learning, linking up on linkedin, learning, so forth and so on... Are all my efforts worth it? they are to me. I'm done with the rat race, the constant fighting for more, the backbiting, favoritism, the constant work with no appreciation for what I do, and, last but far from least, I'm sick of answering to someone without the right to refuse without being terminated. I WANT FREEDOM, and I'm going to get it...

    A little while ago, I wrote a post about my first Multi-level marketing business (ACN--Online Office: www.ctaretz.acnibo.com, Direct Store: www.ctaretz.acndirect.com and plugged it, and then I wrote a mass message... I won't be plugging this post nor will I send a mass message this time around. If you're interested, your interested, and that's that...    This is the new business I'm excited about. For the longest time I was anti-mlm marketing but, that was before I was introduced to ACN (All Communication Network). ACN is by far superior to any other company with the same type of marketing concept. The problem with the businesses I was in were the products--the selling of products or less than impressive services. 

    ACN deals in services we all use or need, and supplies the same or better. And they have given you and me the opportunity to earn, save, or both--to expand and benefit from at the same time, if we choose to do so. 

ACN is a company sold out to deregulating the monopolies that dominate our necessities (or products we don't want to do without) market... ACN has given people the power of choice, a choice, instead of forcing people to pay what these said monopolies dictate they need to pay them, every month.

Sitting in thought

  When I think too much I can't function. It's like being in bumper to bumper traffic, beeping at the plethora of vehicles in front of me--aside from the headache from all the racket, nothing productive comes from it. So many ideas, so many things that I want to do, so many things that could fail just as quickly as they looked promising. I wrote my three most important goals/visions a couple of weeks ago (http://ctaretz.xanga.com/770527748/a-new-years-around-the-corner/), but, do I have the balls to stick with those goals/visions? Well, today I must exclaim--DAMN RIGHT! I've walked away from the goals/visions I've had in the past, and this has been the pattern I designed for myself my whole life. Why?--because things didn't go my way from the beginning, I couldn't obtain the success in those said goals/visions from the beginning--whether it was because of a "catch 22", or, it was more work then I anticipated. This got me discouraged and I left them to freeze in the frigid blizzard of "fail". I know today that, because of the fact that life isn't easy in general, the goals/visions I want to succeed in will take, not just working hard, but, working smart after a good amount of planning--this is a must if I want to succeed in earning the freedom to live the life I've been dreaming about ever since I can remember. Or close to it (nothing in life will work towards my advantage 100%).

  

    A list of three things that will start me on my way to success:

  1. Write down my attainable goals/visions, along with a mission statement.

  2. Work out a plan to achieve said goals.

  3. Create a balanced schedule--business and personal--so I don't get burned out.

 

   I'm in control of my life, I make my own choices, and it's my responsibility to work towards the success and happiness I seek. Yes, I believe that my higher power, friends and family will help me along the way but, there's very little they can do if I drop the ball and kick it down the road.

 

   Project, "Win!"--has begun...
